For one of our projects we're hiring a Senior Project Manager (H/ F)
Poste
- Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project scope, budget, timeline and risks.
- Provide direction, guidance, and support to the project team. This includes delegating tasks, managing conflicts and motivating team members to achieve their goals.
- Effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and external partners. This includes developing project status reports, delivering presentations, and facilitating meetings.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies that reduce the risk of project failure.
- Make critical decisions, often with limited information and within tight timelines. Gather data, analyze options, and make informed decisions that align with the project goals.
- Responsible for managing project finances, including estimating costs, forecasting expenditures, and tracking project expenses.
- Manage project resources, including people, materials, and equipment, to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
- Deep understanding of finance and accounting principles, practices, and regulations. Knowledge in areas such as financial statement analysis, budgeting and forecasting, taxation, audit and compliance, and accounting technologies.
- Additionally, be familiar with the tools and software used in F&A functions to manage data and automate manual processes.
Profile recherché
- Graduate / Postgraduate from a recognized University with an expertise of 10 years in a similar position, ?
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification may be advantageous,
- Demonstrate a good ability to understand systems and structures underpinning reporting,
- Customer focused - actively seeks and responds appropriately to customer’s needs,
- Strong leadership skills,
- Excellent client-facing with English environment.
