This position provides support to the Casablanca office financial operations including accounting, bank statements controlling, and accounts payable..
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounting :
• Bank statement
o Control the movements of bank accounts dedicated to employee expenses.
o Bi-monthly bank reconciliation with the objective of reconciling the accounts with the bank movements.
• Accounts Payable
o Scan supplier invoices and send to outsourced accounting company
o Process expense reports (ERs) (Validation of expenses in accordance with the Travel policy).
o Payment of expenses on the system so that they can appear in the bank reconciliation
o Conduct regular audits of expenses
o Maintain suppliers invoices and employees ERs folders
Profile recherché
Education/Experience
• Master degree with major in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• Experience providing high level of customer service, managing highly confidential materials and administrative tasks
• Experience in a professional services firm is a plus
Knowledge
• Good level in Excel
• Fluent in English and French, spoken and written,
• Knowledge of principles, procedures, and practices of Moroccan accounting and legal standards
• Knowledge of Oracle, Sage, Business Objects, Tableau is a helpful
