Description of the objectives and purposes of the services:
- Management of government incentives Related to Investments in OS and R&D with Suppliers
- Consulting suppliers to initiate the incentives project
- Analysis and calculation of the tooling investment and the subsidies related
- Coordination and collaboration with the different stakeholders (purchasing/accounting and treasury/ suppliers/government)
- Analyze supplier documents (Contracts, invoices, nomenclatures, etc.).
- Elaborate a summary by supplier/commodity regarding production volumes and delivery sites
- Preparing tooling reimbursement files based on the summary.
- Ensure the submission of the files within the deadlines and monitor their follow up.
- Prepare and submit one prior request (summarize the key information regarding the investment) each week,
- Prepare and submit one disbursement request (detail the requested amount, and the investment payment proofs.) each week
Profile recherché
- Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Good communication skills in English and French
- Good knowledge of the automotive industry
- Project management
- 6 to 18 months of experience in the automotive sector
