Manage Innovation Process
Manage Innovation Projects and steer Innovation team
Monitor the progress of ongoing initiatives and care for the reinforcement of the impact and influence of each of these
Build out innovation concepts and initiatives
Lead the internal team and support partners’ teams in the understanding and adoption of disruptive projects.
Collaborate with communication team to develop strategic keys messages for each initiative and supervise the creation of communication materials
Profile recherché
Master's degree or equivalent.
3 to 5 years’ experience in project management with interest in innovation
Mixed background with practical experience in multiple industries is a plus
Willing and able to deep dive into new domains
Able to follow-up on multiple innovation projects and initiatives at the same time
Able to work with a brief list of inputs and assumptions to build the basic of an innovative concept
Problem-solving skills
Able to engage professionally with a wide range of people from different backgrounds
Capable of inspiring others with a clear vision on the Why of each initiative and where it is meant to lead
