Marketing Manager/Agent

The marketing manager will develop innovative cross-channel marketing strategies and campaigns to support student recruitment activities. He/she will manage communications strategies for prospective Moroccan and international students and the running of advertising campaigns.

Function Description:

  • Overseeing all marketing campaigns for the JUACS
  • Implementing the different marketing strategies
  • Ensuring JUACS is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective students and retain existing ones
  • Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns
  • Managing and coordinating marketing and creative staff
  • Collaborating with media organizations and advertising agencies
  • Brainstorming ideas for new campaigns
  • Analyzing data to evaluate the success of the marketing efforts and coming up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure
Profile recherché

Education:

Master’s degree in marketing, communication, business and other fields.

Languages requirement:

FR (Fluent) – EN (Fluent)

Experience:

3-5 years of experience

  • Intimate understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  • Budget-management skills and proficiency
  • Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field
  • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
