Poste
Your mission consists of:
- Administration of the technical foundation of application monitoring software (Dynatrace, IP LABEL, etc.).
- Reporting and monitoring of technical issues related to the evolution of the Dynatrace technical architecture and EKARA (IP LABEL).
- Management of accounts and permissions at the level of repositories and tools.
- Configuration of business transaction recognition in collaboration with the client.
- Design and implementation of specific dashboards, technical and/or business-related. Provision to the requesters.
- Support for real-time (hot) or trend (cold) analysis of metrics collected for monitored applications, proactive alert escalation, and assistance in locating faulty components.
- Communication (in English) with support.
- Development of scripts in PERL, EKARA language, Python.
- Development of sites in PHP/MySQL.
- Management and migration of infrastructures.
Profile recherché
Expertise of 3 to 5 years
Technical skills:
- Expertise of third-party architectures.
- Very good understanding of basic network concepts.
- LAN, VLAN, Ports (physical/logical), Mirroring ports (SPAN).
- Packet analysis, bandwidth, RTT.
- Expertise in TCP, UDP, HTTP(S), SOAP protocols.
- Ability to read HTTP streams (sequence of URLs, parameters, etc.), ability to analyze errors in the context of Web applications (4xx; 5xx, etc.).
- PERL/PHP.
- Expertise of Red Hat Linux, Windows Server.
- Work environment: French & English
