Miisons:
? Participation in various status meetings with the general contractor and dark fibre suppliers (carriers)
? Collaboration with internal departments, subcontractors and carriers who implement the planning, construction and integration of the sites
? Maintenance of the relevant databases
? Preparation of various daily status reports with the aim of finding and addressing open tasks in the higher layer area or errors in stored data
? Creation of customised and project-related reports for team members to map specific project milestones or correlations. This also with the help of Microsoft VBA
Profile recherché
Qualifications
Profil recherché:
- BAC+5, telecomunication sector
- Experience in mobile network maintenance, network supervision, planning and coordination Ethernet, IP, fibre
- Fluent English in written and spoken language
- German speaker
- Knowledge of agile methods like Scrum and Spotify
- Knowledge of Project management
- Knowledge of General contractor and vendor management, Knowledge of Creation of reports
- Tools used: Netsite / Digis / X:AKTA / UTS / APT / MapInfo / various EXCEL reports / Microsoft VBA / MS-Power-BI
