Attributions & Tasks:

Definition and Implementation of the recruitment policy, sourcing tools (search for applications), Interviews, Management of Applications, Iintegration, Internal mobility.
Management of job descriptions and organizational charts
Receipt of the internship application / selection of candidates according to the defined needs / Ensure the integration, Management, Monitoring and Evaluation of trainees.
Definition and implementation of the training plan, monitoring the payment of training, prioritization of actions.
Success4all system Management, training of antennas of all department on the system.
Support employees for a better handling of the S4all system (OneHR System)
Ensure the update of the organizational chart on the S4all system
Ensure the follow up of the annual Performance (PMP) in OneHR System.
Ensure induction training for new operators , refreshment , development of polycompetence and polyvalence .
Preparation and follow-up of reimbursement files with different organizations: GIAC, OFPPT.
Organization and participation in events related to recruitment (Forums / caravans of employment), seminars or conferences.
Develop the team and ensure the daily follow up
Ensure the respect of the QMS expectations (IATF 16949), Internal procedures, work standards and rules related to the EHS (ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 ) and the 5S.
Ensure the respect of the customer specifications (CSR)

Profile recherché

• Level of studies: Bac+5 in Human Ressources Ressources Management or other Semilar field
• Experience : Min 4 Years experience in a Semilar position (preferably in Aumotive Industry)
• Language: Fluent speaker of French and English
• High communication skills
