Description of the offer
You will be part of the IAP on the 2D Materials synthesis research axis and collaborate closely with students, Ph.D. students, postdocs, and faculties. You will have to carry out the following missions:
- Development of processes associated with the technological brick transfer of 2D materials (surface preparation, mechanical-chemical polishing, direct molecular or metallic bonding, etc.). You will develop the CVT or the CVD synthesis methods of 2D Materials.
- Realization of Physico-chemical characterizations associated with the processes implemented.
- Technical analysis of the results obtained and understanding of the physical phenomena involved.
- Drafting technical reports and presenting results in follow-up meetings in the presence of internal or external partners.
- You will be in charge of the technological review of the field and the valuation of the work carried out via the drafting of patents and publications

Profile recherché
This work requires a lot of manipulation, experimental planning, and analysis; you must have a thesis in experimental physics or a related field.
A first experience, even short, in the field of 2D Materials synthesis, micro- or nano-technologies, ideally accompanied by the experience of working in a clean room, is desired.
English is essential.
Have a strong taste for experimentation on clean room microelectronics equipment, know how to integrate quickly into a team, and demonstrate autonomy, curiosity, rigor, and organization—learning to be accountable for the work carried out via regular reports and reports.
