You are responsible for leading the Group’s consolidation process, ensuring IFRS compliance, managing consolidation systems, and supporting audit and SOX requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure the correct proceedings of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation for 19 entities
• Review and validate reporting packages from subsidiaries
• Prepare IFRS adjustments, including complex transactions (PPA, goodwill, changes in scope) with strong supporting documents
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and IFRS disclosures
• Prepare audit working papers and respond to auditor inquiries
• Execute and document SOX key controls related to consolidation
• Serve as Business Owner of the consolidation system (functional administrator)
• Applying new standards and new regulations
Profile recherché
Profil recherché :
• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years experience in consolidation and IFRS reporting
• Strong knowledge of consolidation systems (HFM)
• Experience with audit support and SOX compliance
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Salary based on profile
• Fluent English
