Key Responsibilities :
- Lead overall business strategy and operational execution.
- Manage sales, operations, marketing, finance, and partner relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.
- Ensure compliance with Moroccan tourism regulations and licensing.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
- Uphold service standards aligned with GCC customer expectations.

Profil recherché :
Requirements :
- Minimum 8 years of experience in travel, tourism, or hospitality.
- At least 3 years in a senior management or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of inbound tourism to Morocco.
- Experience with GCC markets is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
