Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and digital channels
  • Sell customized travel packages to individual and family travelers.
  • Understand customer needs, budgets, and travel preferences.
  • Follow up on leads and close sales.
  • Coordinate bookings with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.

Profil recherché :

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel or hospitality sales.
  • Proven experience in B2C sales.
  • Familiarity with GCC customer expectations preferred.
  • Fluency in Arabic (Gulf dialects preferred) and English.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
