Poste

1. Proposed and implement the workshop for the production of graphite components:
• Preparation of the product catalog to be integrated into the value chain
• Preparation of the value chain for the new production unit
• Identification of the necessary production equipment to ensure production
• Identification of potential equipment suppliers
• Identification of suppliers of raw materials necessary for production
• Ensure production according to the industrial policy defined by the management
• Manage workshop activities
• Improve production processes and anticipate developments
• Contribute to the design of new products

2. Propose and implement a commercialization policy:
2.1. Commercial development

• Create a commercial prospecting plan
• Identify new prospects
• Prospecting by email, phone, at trade shows...
• Master the commercial discourse and sales materials
• Create and/or deliver the commercial presentation
• Write commercial offers and contracts


2.2. Management
• Recruit members of the sales team
• Train and coordinate sales representatives
• Manage and lead the sales force
• Participate in some product/service presentation meetings and team meetings
• Set individual objectives and monitor them
• Analyze the results and report to management

2.3. Customer management
• Meet with customers to ensure commercial follow-up
• Conduct commercial monitoring in the sector
• Evaluate and identify actions to take for each customer
• Establish a customer loyalty policy
• Organize and prioritize actions on customer accounts to meet all needs
• Provide regular activity reporting (weekly or monthly)
• Ensure the timely receipt of invoices and payment from customers
• Promote the image and reputation of the company

Profile recherché

Education: A bachelor’s degree in chemistry. A master’s degree in marketing and sales can also be helpful.

Industry experience : candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in manufacturing or production management in the « graphite and carbon industry »
