Poste

As an HR Business Partner Officer you will work closely with the HRBP Lead and your missions will be to :
Support

  • Be a strategic advisor and partner by cultivating effective working relationships with the Leadership teams by advising leaders/managers on people-management and employee relations issues, training and development, in alignment with HR initiatives.
  • Partner with Global HRBPs in various HR topics and cross HR processes
  • assist and work together with COEs, in process deployment & act as a global SPOC for global projects and initiatives.
  • Manage and/or roll out HR projects (AXAllence, homeworking, onboarding, etc) and participate in the management of the resulting change.
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to develop action plans that prioritizes and respond to key themes for employee survey (Pulse)
  • Develop and support delivery of career pathways across divisions, ensure these support succession plans and anticipate future needs.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management -Monthly 121s- (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development…)
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations. (Disciplinary meetings, development plans…)
  • Build and roll out the HR roadmap based on the Global HR strategy and locals needs


Process

  • Provide guidance and input on business unit reorganization and workforce planning
  • Manage and rollout performance management process (YER), including assisting managers on the appraisal process, coaching managers on delivering feedback, and helping managers create development plans to address performance issues
  • Develop/adapt processes and policies for the local/legal needs
  • Assist and participate in staff/managers events’ organization (onboarding, townhall, sharing sessions…)
  • Manage the HR KPIs and Headcount growth via the monthly dashboard
  • Support in providing HR Data for instances lead by HRBP Lead
  • Shadow HRBP lead during work council instances for back-up

Admin

  • Assist international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Handle Tier 2 HR Portal tickets/requests
  • Follow-up contracts’ probation periods (CDD, CDI, Contrat d’insertion)
  • Plan/ follow-up exit interviews and build action plans when needed based on exit KPIs and trends
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition team on compensation package set up
Profile recherché

• 4-5 years of experience of Human Resources/HR Shared Service experience preferably in a multinational
• Experience of working in a fast-paced HR Team, ideally supporting an IT client group
• English fluent.
• Team ethic.
