We are looking for an Innovation & Strategic Design consultant for a long-term freelance mission ,

Responsibilities :

• Analyze market, ecosystem, users and organizational context
• Contribute to the conceptual development of digital services.
• Develop and facilitate immersion workshops with multi-disciplinary stakeholders using divergent design thinking techniques and carry out co-creative activities to investigate and understand customer behaviours, pain points, needs and aspirations
• Design the end-to-end journey of a (government) service
• Support UX design activities
• Produce pilot and test prototypes (incl. gathering feedback)

Profil

• Master / BAC +5 / Masters 2 or equivalent program in Design (interaction, service, product, UX), IT engineering, business strategy, consumer behavior, psychology or related field.
• 5 years applying strategic design and innovation principles and methodologies professionally in the context of digital solutions

Required skills :

• Experience of working in innovation and strategic design including market research, design research (quantitative and qualitative), user research product or service prototyping
• Solid understanding of UX design principles and methods
• Experience with design and prototyping software (Figma, Sketch, InVision, Principle, Framer, Adobe XD or similar tools)
• French C1
• English C1
