  • L’ingénierie applicative (La maîtrise d'œuvre de projets informatiques (MOE), Ingénierie de développement, TMA, TRA, …)
  • La production et les infrastructures (Ingénierie, Assistance Technique infogérance, architecture systèmes et réseaux, sécurité, cyber sécurité , Digital…)
  • L’Informatique Décisionnelle et BIG DATA (Architecture(Avant-vente/POC/ Pilotage Projet) , Développement, Expertise (Hadoop,NoSQL, …))

We are looking for a Confirmed PMO to support the governance structure at the department level. The ideal proposition will play a key role in ensuring governance compliance, standardizing reporting processes, and delivering high-quality presentations for senior leadership.

1. Governance & Compliance

• Implement and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to department and corporate standards. • Support the standardization of processes, templates, and best practices across the department.

• Monitor department initiatives and activities to ensure alignment with governance policies.
• Prepare governance documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal requirements.

2. Reporting & Presentation Support
• Develop executive presentations.
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and visual excellence in all department-level reporting materials.
• Synthesize complex data and insights into concise, impactful presentations for leadership.
• Coordinate the preparation of materials for governance meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.

3. Stakeholder Communication & Coordination

• Act as a key point of contact for governance and reporting inquiries within the department.

• Liaise with various teams to gather, analyse, and consolidate data for reporting purposes.
• Support internal communication efforts by preparing structured reports and updates.
• Facilitate department governance meetings, including agenda management and action tracking.

4. Performance Analysis & Process Improvement
• Identify areas for improvement in governance and reporting processes.

• Provide recommendations on governance enhancements based on industry best practices..

Profile recherché

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Expertise: Minimum 5 years in a PMO role, with a strong focus on governance and reporting.
• Technical expertise: Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Power BI, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, Smartsheet) is a plus
• Proficiency in both English and French
