Join the team, PHOVA Technology is looking for its sales engineer to ensure full satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for achieving or surpassing the company's sales targets through proactive lead generation, relationship management, and effective product promotion
  • Maintain regular, planned communication with key customers
  • Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with regional sales objectives
  • Serve as primary contact for all business dealings with customers
  • Educate customers on the quality, features, and uses of our products
  • Coordinate selling efforts with other internal and external selling channel partners
  • Collaborate with application engineers, customer service, and manufacturing to ensure customers’ needs are met
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the design and operational requirements of centrifugal pumps and industrial valves
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and business writing
  • Maintain organized records, including regular reports, quotes, status, actuals, expenses, etc.
  • Demonstrate financial acumen to discuss business decisions
  • Work independently, efficiently, and communicate productively with others
Profile recherché

Required profile:

  • BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 3-6 years relevant experience
  • Sales experience with industrial machinery, including centrifugal pumps and industrial valves
  • Knowledge of the oil & gas, power, paper, mining and chemical industries, including familiarity with relevant standards and regulations
  • Training in sales techniques, negotiations, and business finance
  • Strong skills in leading meetings, root cause failure analysis, and communication of results
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong sales experience with industrial machinery, including centrifugal pumps and industrial valves
  • Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations for the oil & gas, power, paper, and chemical industries
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Fluency in English, French and Arabic is required.
