Key Responsibilities:
1. Weekly Cash Forecasting & Intercompany Payments/Loans:
o Prepare and maintain the weekly cash forecast, ensuring alignment with business needs and financial priorities.
o Analyze trends and variances in cash inflows and outflows, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
o Collaborate with Controllers and Treasury to validate and adjust forecasts as needed.
o Prepare and propose intercompany payment schedules based on cashflow availability and agreements.
o Monitor intercompany loan balances and ensure compliance with repayment terms.
o Reconcile intercompany accounts and address variances.
2. Cashflow Data Management (Coordination, Collection and Analysis):
o Gather and consolidate financial data from multiple sources to support cashflow planning.
o Compile and distribute weekly cashflow reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
o Identify discrepancies and propose solutions to improve cashflow accuracy.
o Work closely with the Finance Manager, Controllers, and Treasury to ensure alignment on cashflow strategies and reporting requirements.
o Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding cashflow and intercompany matters.
3. Finance activities:
o Maintain the work files for the closing activities.
o Update monthly closing/reporting table queries and ensure accurate data loading into the system (supplemental reconciliations).
o Maintain E&O reporting on a Weekly/Monthly basis.
o Support Ad-hoc updates of pricing requests into the system.
o Ensure Weekly orders load into HFM.
o Complete accurately monthly closing calculation & accruals in due time.
4. Process Improvement:
o Support initiatives to streamline cashflow forecasting and intercompany processes.
o Contribute ideas for enhancing reporting accuracy and financial efficiency.
Profile recherché
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage (Oracle, HFM).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in cashflow forecasting, financial analysis, or treasury operations.
• Knowledge of intercompany transactions and financial reporting.

• High attention to detail with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
