Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated individual, who is passionate about entrepreneurship, and startup culture, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the startup community.

The Community Projects Coordinator will contribute to the growth and development of the StartGate startup community. They will have the opportunity to research startup data, monitor the startup ecosystem, maintain our startup database, and actively participate in the planning and execution of community projects. They will be contributing to driving the development and execution of community projects and activities to foster growth and engagement within the StartGate community. This includes working closely with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and execute on projects, as well as providing support for community events and programs.

Ideal candidates will have strong research skills, a passion for startups, and a commitment to community growth as well as a deep understanding of community building principles, as well as a passion for building strong communities. They should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with the team.

As a Community Projects Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of our community initiatives, ensuring accurate data, exploring new opportunities, and actively shaping the success of our startup community.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of community projects, activities, and initiatives to foster growth, engagement, and a vibrant startup community within StartGate.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to identify, prioritize, and execute projects aligned with StartGate's mission and vision, ensuring they meet the needs and aspirations of the startup community.
  • Conduct in-depth research on startup data, industry trends, and market insights to gather valuable information for the StartGate startup community.
  • Monitor the startup ecosystem by staying UpToDate on emerging startups, industry trends, and market dynamics, and provide regular reports to the team.
  • Support in maintaining and updating the startup database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide valuable support for community events and programs, ensuring smooth execution and fostering a positive experience for participants.
  • Act as a proactive contributor in shaping community initiatives, bringing forward new ideas, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to evaluate project impact, measure community growth, and identify areas for improvement or refinement.
  • Contribute to the development of StartGate's offer for startups, including the creation and enhancement of programs, events, and resources that meet the evolving needs of the startup community.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the startup community by actively participating in discussions, sharing insights, and leveraging data to drive decision-making processes.
Profile recherché

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field such as entrepreneurship, innovation, business, management, ...

  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge in entrepreneurship and startup.

  • Proficient in conducting thorough research on startup data, market trends, and industry insights to gather valuable information for community projects and decision-making processes.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and feedback to inform decision-making.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
