COBCO a été créée en 2023 à travers une joint-venture entre le groupe chinois CNGR, leader mondial dans la production de matériaux pour batteries électriques, et le groupe AL MADA, l'un des plus grands fonds d'investissement privés en Afrique.
L'entreprise développe un parc industriel à Jorf Lasfar, dédié à la fabrication de composants de batteries pour les véhicules électriques. S'étendant sur plus de 200 hectares et représentant un investissement de 20 milliards de dirhams, ce parc industriel vise à produire 120 000 tonnes de précurseurs NMC, 60 000 tonnes de composants LFP et 30 000 tonnes de masse noire par an.
La production de COBCO soutiendra la fabrication de matériaux pour batteries de plus d'un million de véhicules électriques chaque année.

Responsibilities Description
- Gather user requirements, organize user requirements discussion, program development, provide program selection, project evaluation, and technical review.
- Responsible for the establishment, change and delivery of digital projects, preparation of work instructions, preparation of project establishment documents and other documents.
- Responsible for digital project management to ensure project execution, quality and progress.
- Organize the preparation and issuance of technical documentation; Responsible for the improvement and enhancement of relevant digital system institutional processes and provide training to relevant personnel in the use of digital systems.
- Monitor system service availability, guarantee reliable service operation, and continuously improve and iterate the system.
- Other tasks assigned by leaders.
Profile recherché
- Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer related majors.
- More than 5 years of digitalization project management area, working experience in the chemical industry, especially in the new energy industry, it will be considered plus
- Familiar with production and manufacturing business processes, familiar with ERP principles, familiar with OA, EHR, TPM, PLM,WMS,BI and other system principles
- Good project management skills, good grasp of the trend of enterprise digital application, familiar with enterprise process management.
- Good communication skills, teamwork skills and stress resistance.
- English can be used as a working language.
