We are currently hiring a health advisor for one of our customers in the medical industry.
The customer advisor's main role will be to meet statutory, quality and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives.
- Recognizing health needs and health education of patients with diabetes
- Train patients
- Take second level escalations that are Medical(more difficult cases)
- Support all medical events info collection
- Responsible for dealing with all customer enquiries ensuring the highest levels of service are provided to Customers
- Answer inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and contact center management.
- Troubleshoot the calls and replace customers faulty product where applicable in accordance to company procedures
- Maintain accuracy and security of customer information on the database
- Consistently achieve call quality score goals to meet client and customer satisfaction goals.
Profile recherché
- Medical training and mandatory active right to practice nursing.
- Excellent knowledge of all MS office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Excellent listening and written/oral communication skills in English
- Motivated and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize
- Problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
