Key Responsibilities:
- Co-facilitate workshops : Assist in the animation and delivery of collective intelligence workshops, ensuring that all participants are engaged, and methodologies are optimized for collective intelligence outcomes.
- Design Collective Approaches: Collaborate with the team to design tailored collective intelligence strategies for diverse organizations, leveraging the latest tools and research findings.
- Develop Tools & Methods: Innovate and refine tools, ensuring they align with the principles of collective intelligence, to enhance the effectiveness of our workshops and advisory services.
- Research Collaboration: Work closely with researchers to integrate the latest findings in Collective Intelligence into our approaches. Provide feedback and insights to researchers to guide future studies and ensure practical application in facilitation.
- Project Management: Assist in the coordination and management of projects across various countries, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with public and private organizations, understanding their needs and ensuring our services align with their objectives.
Profile recherché
Qualifications :
- Master's in Collective Intelligence or Master's degree from a business school.
- Previous experience in facilitation, training, or advisory roles is a plus.
- Deep understanding of Collective Intelligence principles, tools, and methodologies.
- Ability to travel to various project locations in Morocco or abroad.
- Proficient in English and French; knowledge of classical Arabic or other African languages is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to guide groups towards constructive outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on optimizing training methods and facilitating collective intelligence outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of facilitators, researchers, and clients, ensuring the seamless integration of research outputs into facilitation.
- Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and professional development in the field of collective intelligence.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for facilitation, collaboration, and data analysis.
