We are looking for a dynamic and adaptable professional to join us as an Office Manager in our Technology Transfer Office. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing administrative operations while also contributing to the promotion of TTO activities and projects.

Responsibilities:

Managing office logistics and administration.

Coordinating communication between various departments.

Organizing events, meetings, and workshops.

Handling documentation and record-keeping.

Creating compelling content for promotional materials.

Collaborating with internal teams to gather information for marketing campaigns.

Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential collaborators and partners.

Profile recherché

Qualifications:

Minimum of a (Bac+2) degree in Administration, Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in office management and administration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
