Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring the highest quality through testing (automated or manual) for multiple applications under tight timelines.
  • Organize, coordinate, and support the various Agile Release Trains (ARTs) for collaborating amongst scrum teams, data seeding (creating data & executing scripts / jobs)
  • Ability to create reporting/dashboards from test results (Test plans, executions, results, defects)
  • Identify issues, create tickets/defects, and escalate where required.

Qualification/ Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst role
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools
  • Experience with both manual and automated testing processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Work autonomously with minor supervision.
  • Work harmoniously while collaborating with various teams.
  • Effective communication.
  • Ability to clearly explain (verbal/written) any issues and share demo results to any level of the organization.
  • Understand urgency and when to escalate when faced with an obstacle.
  • Analytical
  • Great problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to investigate when issues arise to find a resolution.
  • Recommend new processes to enhance the flow and find efficiencies.
