The primary objective of this role is to provide efficient and effective back-office support, ensuring the smooth and timely processing of customer requests and information. You will strive to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and customer satisfaction while collaborating effectively with the wider team. This involves working efficiently to meet daily targets and contribute to the overall success of the back-office operations. You will actively contribute to improving internal processes and identifying areas for operational enhancement. The success of this role is measured by accuracy of work, efficiency and timeliness of tasks, and customer satisfaction scores.
As a Bilingual English-French Back Office Agent, your daily tasks will encompass a diverse range of responsibilities. These include, but are not limited to:

Processing customer requests and inquiries efficiently and accurately, both in English and French.

Profile recherché
The ideal candidate holds a Baccalaureate degree. While a specialization in call center operations or related fields is a plus, it's not mandatory. What truly matters is your ability to quickly learn, adapt, and excel in a fast-paced environment. We value candidates who demonstrate a genuine enthusiasm for customer service and a strong work ethic. If you're a quick learner and possess strong communication skills, then your background is less important than your potential.
We are seeking candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within a call center setting. However, if you possess exceptional communication and organizational skills combined with a strong work ethic and a demonstrable commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply even if your experience falls slightly outside this range. Prior experience is valued, but the right attitude and aptitude are paramount.
