Your Role:
- Lead Generation: Drive valuable leads for our sales and consulting teams, focusing on commercial real estate opportunities
- Prospecting and Targeting: Identify and target potential clients in the US market, specifically within the commercial real estate space. Your mission includes identifying buildings that are energy efficient and eligible for tax incentives.
- Appointment Scheduling: Set up appointments with prospective clients, ensuring a balanced approach of 50% prospecting and 50% outreach to enterprise-level companies.
- Market Expansion: Contribute to our growth by exploring new market opportunities and expanding our client base. As a member of Leyton's foundational team for Commercial Real Estate services in the US, you'll have the ability to make a quick impact and enjoy opportunities for faster growth. Your success will directly influence the expansion of the team.
Profile recherché
We're looking for candidates with:
- Relevant Experience: Proficiency in cold calling and personalizing emails based on research.
- Diploma in the Building and Public Works ( BTP)
- Exceptional Communication Skills
- Strong Organizational Abilities
