Responsibilities:
Contracts:
• To establish faculty and staff contracts and ensure their follow-up.
Administration:
• To assist as needed in the elaboration of HR procedures.
• To ensure respect & compliance of the Moroccan Labor Code when termination or recruitment procedures are established.
• To follow up on the recommendations of the labor medicine (Médecine de Travail).
• To follow up on the recommendations of the Health & Safety Committee (Comité d’Hygiène et de Sécurité).

• To ensure good communication to personnel about available benefits.
• To maintain close follow up of retirement files & manage the employees' retirement plans-RECORE-CIMR-CNSS.
• Training:
• To follow up on training plans for Staff.
• Assist with the collection, preparation and follow-up of training files, and ensure the organization and logistic of training sessions.
• Recruitment:
• Participate in the recruitment process sorting CVs, organizing interviews, receiving candidates, preparing recruitment documentation.
• Database:
• Enter and maintain updated data in HR software and provide requested personnel reports.
• Perform purchase requisitions and moves on Sage for the HR Department. To update the AUI phone directory.
• Disciplinary measures:
• To elaborate reports of disciplinary measures. And archive the relevant data
• Additional duties
• To help organize HR events and participate in the implementation of HR projects.
Profile recherché
• Personal and Behavioral characteristics / IT skills
• Required: A bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent
• Preferred: HR, personnel management, Moroccan law
• Preferred: A previous working experience in HR
